I have always been an active individual, whether I’m running outdoors, taking a bike ride, or going on a hike, but I never realized what I was missing out on until I began working out with a group of women at Trinity River Fitness group training classes. These small group classes consist of a variety of activities, which can range from cardiovascular centric, to strength training, to a yoga / Pilates approach to enrich your work out. Danny Lewis excels at commanding the small group training while providing individual guidance on each exercise to ensure his clients reach their full potential. His individualized approach to group training creates an environment for the client to comfortably learn each skill and achieve maximum results. I cannot say enough positive things about this group approach. In January of 2012 I decided to “give it a try”, and now almost two years later I couldn’t miss my weekly meets at Trinity River Fitness. If you are a fitness enthusiast who enjoys a team approach to exercising, Trinity River Fitness is the place for you.
As a long time group fitness instructor, I know what it takes to get results from your hard work. Too many people struggle through workouts they don’t enjoy, and because of that lose focus on their goals. I can gladly say my time spent with Danny of Trinity River Fitness is fun, challenging and productive. The positive motivation during workouts drives me to go beyond what my body has done in the past. Focused direction on nutrition is a key to producing great results and Danny’s knowledge and willingness to share that sets his training approach apart from so many others. The attention to detail extends to each exercise and repetition to maintain ideal form. Getting results from every ounce of effort feels great. Sure, Danny is a friend and easy to be around, but unlike other trainers that spend more time talking and counting reps he focuses on the body first. I have competed in everything from mud runs to marathons and fitness shows to triathlons and what I have learned and been able to accomplish with Danny’s help has been invaluable.
